Information You Submit
When you enter a name, phone number, or address into a search form, that entry passes to the third-party provider responsible for the results. Our own servers do not retain a copy of those searches. If you send us a message, we receive the details you choose to provide and use them only to answer you.

Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure records standard server logs: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. We use this data in aggregate to keep the site working and to understand which pages help visitors. We may use cookies or similar technologies for basic analytics and, where applicable, advertising measurement.

Companies that host or support Redlands People Search may process server logs for us. Analytics and advertising partners may also receive the automatic information already described. We disclose data when valid legal process requires it, but do not otherwise distribute visitor information.
Safeguards and Retention
The site is served over an encrypted connection. We retain server logs only as long as needed for the purposes above. Because we do not run accounts, there is no password or profile of yours to breach on this site.
Users Under 18
This site is not directed at children and is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

Because we retain very little, a request will usually involve checking our contact mailbox and server logs for removable data. Use the Contact page to submit one. Separately, the California Privacy Protection Agency operates the Data Broker Registry and DROP. California residents may submit a single DROP deletion request to active registered data brokers beginning January 1, 2026, with broker processing beginning August 1, 2026. Public records held by the City of Redlands, San Bernardino County, or California agencies remain outside our control, so a correction or removal request for an official record must go to its custodian.
